Resolved Question: I'm getting married and I need to enroll wife into DEERS and TRICARE?

I'm getting married to my wife in June. She lives in Concord, CA and I was wondering if I could go to the nearest Army base and enroll her in DEERS and TRICARE. Can I go to any Army base and enroll her? I was thinking of FT Chaffe because it is closer. I don't want to drive eight hours to FT Irwin if I don't have to. Thanks for the help.... Read More »
